Anti-Gun Liberals Lie and Show Their Idiocy Concerning Guns, Again

Leftists, stop talking about guns. It’s as if you like making yourselves look like dumb-asses.

More specifically though, don’t repeat crap that your liberal, anti-gun politicians and media personalities say. Anti-gun liberals lie about guns all the time, and they’re just as ignorant as you. Repeating them will only make you look like even more of an idiot.

In fact, I’m going to help you out. Here are several things, without even getting into the “should guns be allowed” debate, that anti-gun, morons have said, of which you should never repeat.

“It’s time for people to come together and say ‘enough.’ If [Mateen] had an assault weapon, an AR-14, Stan McCrystal has said [that it’s] not to be in civilian hands. It’s designed to do one thing, to kill people.” –Tom Brokaw, NBC News

What Mateen had was not an assault weapon. Not only was the term assault weapon invented to make certain weapons sound scary, but Mateen’s gun was not an assault rifle. The term, “assault rifle,” was originally meant to refer to fully-automatic weapons, of which Mateen’s was not. But in all fairness, Tom Brokaw knows so little about the thing he wants to ban, he probably doesn’t realize the AR-15 isn’t fully automatic. Also, saying “it’s designed…to kill people?” Really? Every gun is designed to kill things. Now, for the most atrocious part of this sentence: Brokaw wants to ban, specifically, the AR-14. Go for it Democrats! No one will be bothered, because no one in America owns an AR-14.

“If [Mateen]…was not able to buy a weapon that shoots off 700 rounds in a minute, a lot of those people would still be alive…” –Alan Grayson, Democrat Rep.

A semi-auto Sig Sauer MCX was used by Mateen at Pulse to slaughter people in the name of Islam. This gun, and all the other AR-style rifles that I know of, doesn’t have a practical ability to shoot “700 rounds in a minute.” Mateen would’ve had a minimum of 6 magazine changes (at about two seconds each), if he was using 100 round magazines. In all likelihood, he was using 30 round magazines, and would have needed to change them 23 times. So, in the latter of those, the magazine changes alone would eat up almost all of that 60 seconds. Also, no man has the ability to fire either the AR-15 or Sig Sauer MCX at that rate. The fastest I could find is 5 shots per second, which equals about 300 rounds in a minute if there are no magazine changes necessary. Even if your finger speed could compensate for the lack of an auto switch, your gun would screw up way before the 700 round mark.

“Ammo used in AR-15/M-16 is banned by Geneva Convention. It enters the body, spins & explodes. Show the crime scene photos & the NRA is over.” –Michael Moore, Fat-ass that Leftist Sheep Pay to Make Shit Up

He’s literally just making crap up. The AR-15 rifle, which is the civilian version of the M-16, shoots .223/5.56 ammunition. The only explosion that occurs is when gun powder is ignited, while the bullet is in the chamber and barrel. The bullet itself does not explode, but this hasn’t stopped people from ignoring facts and repeating this moronic tweet. For your sake, don’t be one of those people. Also, as many people pointed out, his Geneva Convention argument was a blatant lie, as well.

“These shootings are a regular occurrence. You don’t get to be ‘shocked’ anymore unless you take action to stop them. Ban automatic weapons.” –Seth MacFarlane, Creator of Family Guy

We do get to be shocked, because automatic weapons are already banned. That is, unless you wish to go through a six to nine month process to get licensed to own one and pay exorbitant amounts of money. Something that has not been done by any mass murderer, in recent history.

“To your last questions, what’s the efficacy to banning these magazine-clips? These are ammunition, they’re bullets. So, the people who have those now, they’re going to shoot them. And so, if you ban them in the future, the number of these high-capacity magazines is going to decrease, dramatically, overtime because the bullets will have been shot, and there wont’ be anymore available.” –Diane DeGette US Rep.

Okay! Where should we start? How about we just keep it short and hit the two obvious points. Number one, magazine-clips are not themselves ammunition, because there’s no such thing as magazine-clips. A magazine feeds individually inserted bullets into a firearm, and a clip is an entirely different thing. Number two, because magazines are not themselves bullets, they can be used over, and over. You can re-use a magazine by putting ammunition back into the magazine after you have shot ammunition that you previously put in the magazine.

“The brass shell casings disoriented me as they flew past my face. The smell of sulfur and destruction made me sick. The explosions — loud like a bomb — gave me a temporary form of PTSD. For at least an hour after firing the gun just a few times, I was anxious and irritable.” –Gersh Kuntzman, New York Daily News “Journalist” (after firing a scary black rifle)

This guy is now my favorite leftist pansy, and these statements require an entire article to ridicule. Please go here to see analysis, such as “Yes. That was written by a full-grown man about a rifle I once saw a 2-year-old child shoot with ease….” If that doesn’t do it for you, watch this video of a man using his face to absorb the recoil of an AR-15.

All of these, with the exception of one, are things I’ve heard in the last few days. I did not go look these up. I did not search for the best examples of stupid crap that anti-gun leftists say. I did not spend time researching on the subject. If I did, this article would probably be several thousand words long and contain many more examples, probably with some better examples than what I have above. This is how little leftists know about the inanimate objects they wish to ban.

Also, these aren’t random nobodies. Michael Moore, Gersh Kuntzman, Seth MacFarlane, Diane DeGette, Tom Brokaw, and Alan Grayson are all well known politicians and political figures. They all have huge audiences of people that look up to them and presumably trust them to provide accurate information. Yet, they either know absolutely nothing about a subject of which they claim to have answers to, or they just choose to negate the truth for the good of their agenda.

So stop repeating them, you gullible little morons.
